We make all our gluten free products using our house-made flour mix consisting of maize flour, tapioca flour, rice flour, soy flour, xanthan gum and guar gum. Our breads do not contain egg which helps with keeping them soft and fresh for longer (and means they can be defrosted without the need for toasting).
Our bread items will stay fresh for 2-3 days but we recommend freezing.
Please note that while we avoid plastic packaging where possible, we package our gluten free bread items in plastic bags to minimise contamination from our glutenised production.
We take care to produce our gluten free range separately from our other production, and laboratory testing has returned gluten levels of <3ppm however a risk of accidental cross-contamination remains.
Please note that we are now baking our gluten free bread range on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
