Christmas Baking - 14 November
- 9.00am – 3.00pm
- There are so many more traditional baked goodies from around the world than just fruit mince pies and fruit cakes.
- You’ll learn be making treats such as a bolo de mel (Madeira’s Christmas cake) and cozonac cu nuca (the Romanians’ panettone). We’ll discuss and taste a few others as well to provide you with a range of alternatives.
- Prerequisites: none although it is helpful to have a basic understanding of cake and biscuit baking
